the staff was polite and helpful. they seemed willing to assist with requests.
The bed was too hard. i didn't sleep well because of it. the temperature in the room also fluctuated and was difficult to regulate. It was uncomfortably inconsistent.

i think the room was slightly small though it had everything i needed.

The room size was smaller than expected. I constantly bumped into furniture. I also heard significant noise from other rooms (the sound of cleaning equipment and loud talking), doors frequently squeaked and slammed, and television noises were common.

The staff were attentive, ensuring all needs were met promptly. Breakfast had a delicious selection of options. I particularly appreciated the decanter of whiskey in the room upon arrival (a lovely touch!). I walked to attractions nearby, and the location was quiet.
The cocktail selection was somewhat limited and the presentation could use some improvement.
