mixed experience at this location
hard bed inconsistent temperature
the staff was polite and helpful. they seemed willing to assist with requests.
The bed was too hard. i didn't sleep well because of it. the temperature in the room also fluctuated and was difficult to regulate. It was uncomfortably inconsistent.

the hotel room was very clean. it was comfortable. it was perfect. breakfast had a fabulous menu choice and continental options. i noticed vegetarian options too. waiter service seemed super.
i think the room was slightly small though it had everything i needed.

staff were helpful and pleasant throughout the hotel. the reception staff was particularly efficient, always available to assist with requests. i observed consistent attentiveness from the team during my entire stay.

the hotel is situated in a leafy location! it is still handy for many attractions though. bus stops are plentiful and located less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel, with easy access to transportation options.

small room furniture bumping
The room size was smaller than expected. I constantly bumped into furniture. I also heard significant noise from other rooms (the sound of cleaning equipment and loud talking), doors frequently squeaked and slammed, and television noises were common.

A Nice Stay
attentive staff delicious breakfast whiskey decanter quiet location
The staff were attentive, ensuring all needs were met promptly. Breakfast had a delicious selection of options. I particularly appreciated the decanter of whiskey in the room upon arrival (a lovely touch!). I walked to attractions nearby, and the location was quiet.
The cocktail selection was somewhat limited and the presentation could use some improvement.
